I’m a chocolate girl. My sweet & wonderful guy loyally wakes up and blends me a Mocha Big Train every morning. (IKR? He’s one in a million!) I make sure there’s tons of ice, organic non-fat milk, toddie (cold brew coffee in the fridge), Big Train Mocha Mix and Liquid Brownie Syrup in the fridge for him.
2 c water
2 c pure cane sugar
½ tsp salt
1 c cocoa powder
2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
Place water, sugar and salt in sauce pan.
Be sure to continue to stir so the sugar dissolves.
Heat up and bring to a boil for a minute.
Remove from heat.
Let cool for 15 minutes before adding in cocoa.
Stir well and then add the vanilla mixing again.
Can refrigerate for up to two months. 🙂 It won’t last that long!
