Meatballs!

Buy organic meat! It costs a little more, but it’s fabulous and much better for your family. Thank goodness organic meat is easier to find! Ok, so I was making meatballs to put in my spaghetti sauce. When they were done baking, we were all so hungry, we forgot to take a pic. I love baking my meatballs vs pan frying them. They always turn out perfect, browned and cooked all the way through in 20 mins. It doesn’t matter which variety of meatballs I’m making, I always bake them.

Ingredients:

1.5-2lbs Organic Hamburger meat

1 Egg

1/4 c Panko breadcrumbs

1/4 c Parmesan cheese shavings

1/4 c Organic milk

3 Cloves of garlic (diced)

Fresh basil, flat Italian parsley and oregano – chopped

1 tsp each of Cracked black pepper & Sea Salt

Directions:

Mix all together really well and form into balls on a foil lines cookie sheet. I use the non-stick foil- love that stuff! 🙂 I sprinkle a little cracked black pepper and sea salt, as well as drizzled a little olive oil on the meatballs too. Put them in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 mins. Done! 🙂
